LLC "Forma" is one of the leading Russian manufacturers specialized in producing dental titanium, stainless steel, glass fiber and brass gold plated posts and dental appliance for the post installation.
For the last 25 years we has grown to be one of the leaders at the Russian, former Soviet Union countries dental markets, we are exporting our products in Tunisia, India, Israel, Far East and Middle East countries (Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Moldavia and to the Ukraine). At our own factory we use modern materials, have Swiss high-technology equipment and double quality control. A combination of good service, high quality advanced products and affordability allow our customers to make the right choice. All the products of our company are certified and conform to the international standards.
In accordance with the contract terms the minimum purchase of our products starts from 5 pieces of each type and equal to 1 200 $ (USD). Terms of payment under the contract includes 100 % prepayment. The delivery of the products will be carried out by DHL Company rates. The average delivery price of the parcel under 10 kilograms to Johannesburg (South Africa) is 1000 $ (USD). CPT terms are construed as a reference to the relevant basic terms of supply under Incoterms 2010 published by the International Chamber of Commerce.
